We are seeking a dedicated Legal and Human Resources Officer to join our expanding team in Bali. This role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about both compliance and people, building structure, trust, and a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and real estate agents.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee handbook, and internal procedures.
  • Handle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and employee appraisals.
  • Organize employee training, development, and team-building activities.
  • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Manage staff welfare, benefits, insurance, and compensation schemes.
  • Ensure all HR processes align with local labor regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate, architecture, and construction industries.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle confidential matters responsibly.
