Job Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, serving as dedicated main point of contact for client's campaign execution and strategic discussions.
  • Develop and present comprehensive MCN/KOL strategies and campaign proposals that align with client marketing objectives and budget.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of KOL marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creator Management, Creative, and Business Development teams to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
  • Regularly analyze campaign performance data, provide insightful reports, and deliver strategic recommendations for optimization and future engagements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development, specifically within a digital marketing agency, MCN, or ad agency setting.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, various social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), and creator monetization models.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large-scale client accounts and achieving sales or retention targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
