The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled
Lead Data Architect
to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade data architectures across cloud environments.

You will be responsible for shaping the data ecosystem of our clients—from data platform design, integration frameworks, governance, to solution blueprints—and ensure that data systems are reliable, secure, and future-ready.

This role requires a hands-on architect with strong technical leadership, deep cloud data expertise, and the ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable
  cloud-native data platforms
  (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
• Develop enterprise data architecture blueprints: data lakes, lakehouse, data warehouse, and streaming pipelines.
• Lead end-to-end data integration using ELT/ETL tools such as
  dbt, Dataflow, Airflow, Kafka, Pub/Sub
  , or equivalent.
• Define data modeling standards, metadata management, lineage tracking, and governance frameworks.
• Establish best practices for data security, privacy, quality, and compliance across cloud platforms.
• Oversee performance optimization, cost efficiency, and SLA for critical data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into scalable architecture solutions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analytics teams.
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and architectural patterns to support innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience
  in Data Architecture / Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise with
  Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, GKE)
  or other major clouds.
• Proven experience designing enterprise-grade data platforms (lakehouse, warehouse, streaming).
• Strong knowledge in
  data modeling, ELT/ETL pipelines, orchestration, and API-based integrations
  .
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools.
• Deep understanding of data governance, security, IAM, and compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, architectural thinking, and system design skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Able to work independently and lead complex project environments.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• GCP Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect certification.
• Experience with multi-cloud data solutions (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with
  Machine Learning pipelines
  , feature stores, or AI-driven workloads.
• Background in fintech, telco, or large-scale enterprise data ecosystems.
