The Opportunity

We are looking for a
Senior DevOps Engineer / Infra Lead
to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

This role requires an independent and hands-on professional who can design, implement, and manage complex
GCP-based environments
, ensuring system reliability, performance, and compliance.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect and deliver modern DevOps solutions that enable agility, automation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and manage
    cloud infrastructure
    primarily on
    Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    .
  • Lead DevOps initiatives and guide teams in adopting best practices for
    automation and CI/CD
    .
  • Build and maintain
    infrastructure as code (IaC)
    using tools such as
    Terraform
    ,
    Ansible
    , or
    Deployment Manager
    .
  • Manage
    containerized workloads
    using
    Docker
    and
    Kubernetes (GKE)
    .
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement robust
    security
    ,
    backup
    , and
    disaster recovery
    strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring high system availability.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide
    technical leadership
    and mentoring to junior DevOps and infrastructure engineers.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 6–8 years
    of professional experience in
    Cloud Infrastructure / DevOps Engineering
    .
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    .
  • Proven experience with
    CI/CD tools
    (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong knowledge of
    Docker, Kubernetes, Linux/Unix administration
    , and
    network fundamentals
    .
  • Experience in
    monitoring and observability tools
    (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Stackdriver).
  • Familiarity with
    security, IAM, and compliance
    practices in cloud environments.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work
    independently
    and handle
    complex project environments
    .
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English and Bahasa Indonesia
    .

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • GCP Professional Certification
    (Cloud DevOps Engineer or Cloud Architect).
  • Experience with
    multi-cloud
    or
    hybrid infrastructure
    setups (AWS, Azure).
  • Background in
    banking or financial services infrastructure
    .
  • Familiarity with
    SRE practices
    and automation frameworks.
