Join us in revolutionizing financial inclusion and making a positive impact on communities.Position SummaryThe Infrastructure Technical Lead is the main technical partner to the Infrastructure Manager. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of the company's infrastructure systems across cloud, on-premise, and office environments.The role also provides advanced technical support and guides the team on improvements and best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage technical projects to improve infrastructure performance, security, and scalability.Oversee daily operations of infrastructure platforms, including cloud services, servers, and networks.Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions that support business needs.Implement automation and process improvements for deployment, configuration, and monitoring.Provide Level 2 technical support and act as escalation point for infrastructure issues.Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.Support governance, compliance, and cost optimization initiatives.Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.Qualifications5+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.Strong background in cloud services, containerization, networking, and automation.Hands-on experience with monitoring, access management, and security tools.Good understanding of infrastructure design principles and best practices.Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.Success IndicatorStable and secure infrastructure (99.9% uptime target).Faster issue resolution (MTTR < 30 minutes).Reduction in recurring technical issues through automation and documentation.Improved efficiency, reliability, and collaboration across teams.Please submit your CV to with email SUBJECT: Infrastructure Technical Lead - Name
