Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tech Lead, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As the Tech Lead, you'll own the full technology stack — from backend and frontend development to infrastructure and deployment. You'll architect and maintain our cloud systems (GKE, CloudSQL, CI/CD, security) while building product features hands-on. Working closely with the CTO, you'll help shape the technical roadmap, set engineering standards, and scale our automation and AI platform for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect & own infrastructure: Design and manage GCP/GKE environments, CloudSQL, Redis, CI/CD, monitoring, and security.
  • Build product features: Contribute to backend (Python/FastAPI, ) and frontend (React) development.
  • Automate & scale: Implement reliable, cost-efficient pipelines and deployment strategies.
  • Handle data flow, trigger-based actions, and full-stack UI integration
  • Secure systems: Handle IAM, networking, and data protection across environments.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain application infrastructure (e.g., backend hosting)
  • Collaborate & lead: Work directly with the CTO to translate business goals into scalable solutions; mentor future engineers as the team grows.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering with strong DevOps skills.
  • Strong proficiency in backend language and frontend frameworks in

  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or equivalent).
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing environments, and optimizing cost and performance.
  • Strong fundamentals in security, networking, and observability.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
