Agent Manager
to lead a team of agents responsible for executing deals - from confirmed
viewings to successful closings
. The right candidate doesn't need to come from real estate; strong experience in
sales team management
(insurance, automotive, banking, property, or retail networks) is equally valuable.
Role Overview
The Agent Manager leads and coaches a team of 10-25 agents focused on converting active property leads into successful transactions. You'll monitor viewings, guide negotiations, and ensure every agent delivers consistent performance and professional client handling.
This is a
hands-on leadership role
- ideal for someone who has led high-intensity sales teams, tracks performance daily, and knows how to drive results through people.
Key Responsibilities
1. Agent Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and manage 10-25 agents handling viewings, negotiations, and closings.
- Review agent activity and performance daily; identify gaps and coach improvement.
- Drive discipline and accountability across all viewing and negotiation processes.
- Build a high-energy, target-driven culture with clear weekly and monthly goals.
2. Deal Management
- Supervise all active viewings, offers, and negotiations - ensuring fast follow-up and professional handling.
- Advise agents on pricing, offer positioning, and negotiation tactics.
- Personally handle complex or high-value deals to model closing techniques.
- Coordinate with Contracts and Operations for seamless post-closing delivery.
3. Performance & Reporting
- Track team KPIs: viewings per week, offers made, closing rates, and revenue contribution.
- Maintain daily reports using CRM tools and internal dashboards.
- Review agent pipelines and conversion rates weekly to ensure steady deal flow.
- Identify underperformers and enforce corrective actions quickly.
4. Recruitment & Retention
- Recruit new agents from within real estate and related industries.
- Build an environment where agents are motivated by results, recognition, and rewards.
- Manage attrition through mentorship, structure, and consistent performance communication.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience managing a sales team in real estate, automotive, insurance, banking, or retail.
- Proven ability to lead a team of 10+ field or agent-based salespeople.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational discipline and reporting capability.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiar with CRM tools or sales tracking systems (training will be provided).
