Purchasing Staff

Surya Bintang Adventures is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to support our daily operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle purchasing requests for kitchen, F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies
  • Source reliable suppliers and maintain good relationships with vendors
  • Request, review, and evaluate price quotations to ensure best value purchases
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
  • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages
  • Coordinate with the accounting team for invoice verification and payment follow-up
  • Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and budget limits
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers, products, and pricing
  • Track delivery and resolve any order issues or discrepancies

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of inventory systems and procurement software
  • Familiar with local supplier networks and logistics in Bali
  • Proficient in English is highly preferred
  • Honest, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines
