We're seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced Purchasing Officer to lead our team and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and source suppliers for various villa needs, including furniture, decor, maintenance supplies and guest amenities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements tailored to villa operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels for all villa supplies; forecast future needs to ensure timely availability of items.
  • Ensure that all purchased goods and services meet the quality standards and specific requirements of the villa.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and innovative products that could enhance the guest experience and villa operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and inventory status for management review.

General Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 1 years as a Purchasing Supervisor or in a similar role within the villa management or Hospitality industry
  • Multitasking & Resilience: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Language & Communication: Fluent in English and Indonesian and strong communication skills
