Job Description :

  • Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms
  • Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
  • Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, report, and price lists
  • Compare price, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers

What we're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities
  • Proven track record of implementing successful procurement strategies and delivering cost savings
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
