Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Staff based in Bali, Indonesia. The Purchasing Staff will handle day-to-day procurement activities, including managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring supply levels, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role requires maintaining accurate purchasing records, analyzing procurement needs, and working closely with the team to support efficient operations. Other duties include evaluating vendor performances and adhering to company standards for quality and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Purchasing Processes, Purchasing, and Purchase Management
  • Experience in handling Purchase Orders and vendor relations
  • Strong Analytical Skills for procurement decision-making
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication abilities to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for purchase management
  • Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role is preferred
  • Knowing ERP System is an advantage.
  • Cost analysis, negotiation and supplier relationship skill
  • Exposure to handling international clients and also import and export.
