General Manager Sales & Marketing (Property)

We are seeking an experienced General Manager of Sales & Marketing with a strong background in property development and real estate.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for property projects (Apartement, Residential, mixed-use).
  • Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales strategies.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, promotions, and project branding, both online and offline.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with property agents, banks, and strategic business partners.
  • Oversee sales performance, marketing budget, and ROI to ensure cost efficiency.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or related fields (Master's preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of experience in property/real estate, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.

- Proven experience in property sales strategy and digital marketing.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Established network within the property and banking industries.

- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
