VP of Marketing Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to generate tangible and qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring a steady and reliable pipeline.
  • Utilize marketing research, online search tools, and data banks to actively scout and identify potential leads.
  • Work closely with the sales department to create and align marketing strategies with sales goals.
  • Drive the execution of marketing campaigns designed to meet business objectives, generate leads, and boost sales performance.
  • Recruit, build, manage, and coach a high-performing marketing team to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Ensure continuous development and training of the marketing team to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies and materials to stand out in the market.
  • Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are executed effectively and achieve the desired business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with marketing partners to enhance collaboration and achieve mutual goals.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in renewable energy industry, demonstrating a successful track record.
  • Experience and relationships with commercial and industrial accounts are a bonus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and relationship building.
  • Highly determined and driven to achieve objectives, with a focus on results.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to team success.
  • Excellent time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
  • Must have a can-do attitude and a strong interest in advancing clean energy initiatives in Indonesia.
