VP Enterprise Sales

About The Role:
To lead and drive the growth of DOKU's enterprise client base by directly acquiring new strategic merchants and building a high-performance hunting sales team, ensuring sustainable expansion of transaction volumes and revenue streams.
What Will You Do:
Develop and oversee enterprise sales strategies and execution plans for new merchant acquisition.
Personally lead major client pursuits, focusing on top-tier strategic enterprise accounts.
Manage, coach, and grow the Enterprise Sales team to build strong "hunter" capabilities.
Monitor team pipeline development, sales activities, and ensure achievement of acquisition targets.
Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Risk, Finance, Legal, Tech) to customise solutions and close deals.
Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives at targeted companies.
Oversee negotiation of commercial agreements to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
Provide regular performance reporting to the SVP of Enterprise Sales, highlighting wins, challenges, and projections.
Represent DOKU externally in key enterprise sales events, business forums, and networking circles.
Continuously scout market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategy and maintain competitiveness.
