VP Operation Development
Reporting to the C Level. You will champion our corporate culture, lead a diverse team, and collaborate with department heads.
What You Will Need:
- Extensive experience in senior leadership roles focusing on strategic operations development and management, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey strategies and collaborate across various levels of the organization.
- Excellent people skills with a talent for collaborating with a dynamic leadership team.
