PT Urban Jakarta Propertindo, Tbk is seeking an experienced professional to join us as VP Project, leading the planning and execution of large-scale apartment development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, design, permitting, construction, and handover.
Develop project strategies, master schedules, and oversee budget control (CAPEX & OPEX).
Lead Engineering, Construction, QS, Procurement teams, and external consultants.
Ensure construction quality meets standards, timelines, and cost targets.
Oversee compliance with all permits and regulations (PBG/IMB, Amdal/UKL-UPL, SLF).
Conduct vendor/contractor evaluations and manage negotiations and contracts.
Provide regular reporting to the CEO/Board on progress, risks, and recommendations.
Qualifications
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in apartment or high-rise projects.
Proven track record managing projects from initiation to handover.
Strong understanding of construction planning, MEP, structural works, and risk management.
Strong leadership, decisiveness, and results orientation.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
