Our Client, A leading local conglomerate group is seeking a seasoned operator and strategist to join their dynamic business portfolio. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in multinational consulting firms and in-house roles on the client side.

As Head/VP of Strategy, the selected candidate will lead by example, contributing significantly to the growth and strategic direction of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-impact solutions that drive business growth.
  • Managing multiple projects effectively and communicating clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrating strong functional competence and addressing complex issues proactively.
  • Analyzing business performance and presenting recommendations for improvement.
  • Supporting business development, recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Proposing and implementing strategies that align with client needs.
  • Assessing value propositions of products, whether new or through expansion.
  • Ensuring the execution of strategic business plans.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing investment insights and timeline guidance to drive sustainable growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This role is highly competitive and is open to candidates with strong English and Bahasa communication skills, experience at a global consulting firm, and:

  • A degree from a top-tier university, with an advanced degree or MBA from a leading global institution required.
  • A minimum of 10 years experience in reputable consulting firms, with additional experience in energy or natural resources sectors preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong business acumen, adaptability, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
  • Willingness to travel frequently if needed.
  • Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
