Job Description

  • Provide effective strategical recommendations with clear target and take ownership of the recommendations that are aligned with growth goals.
  • Support the development and diversification of portfolio based on findings from market trends and competitors.
  • Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement especially from the supply chain and operations perspective.
  • Improve and standardizing operational procedures to increase overall bottom line.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of combined experience in managing process improvements or operational excellence
  • Have a deep interest and enthusiasm in F&B industry.
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to drive execution of ideas
  • Well developed communication with various seniors level stakeholders with different background.
