  • Memahami prinsip Sales Strategy, Key Account Management, Channel Management.
  • Mahir di bidang market analysis, pricing strategy, sales forecasting, CRM, dan manajemen pipeline.
  • Memahami penyusunan marketing plan, brand positioning, dan digital marketing.
  • Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi tingkat tinggi (major deals, long-term contract, corporate agreement).
  • Visioner, mampu menyusun direction & roadmap departemen Sales & Marketing.

  • Mengelola penjualan produk valve, flowmeter, sanitary equipment, dan instrumentasi industri di berbagai sektor (palm oil, oleochemical, F&B, pharma, O&G, water treatment, manufaktur).
  • Memastikan keberhasilan proses tender, negosiasi harga, dan penutupan kontrak dengan key client & project owner.
  • Mengawasi aktivitas marketing: campaign, pameran, seminar, dan pengembangan brand.
  • Mengelola hubungan strategis dengan principal, distributor, EPC, dan pelanggan utama.
  • Menyusun sales forecast, pipeline, pricing, dan laporan performa untuk manajemen.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim teknis dalam penawaran teknis, compliance produk, dan solusi engineering.
  • Memastikan KPI, SOP, CRM, dan proses sales berjalan efektif serta sesuai standar ISO/API/ASME.
