Talentvis is a Singapore based HR Solutions company with an Asia Pacific focus, currently operating in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan. To support our growth, we are currently looking for a strong candidate with a positive attitude to join us as a Practice Leader.


• Reporting to Managing Director/ Group CEO based in Singapore, you will run your own recruitment/staffing business units to kick-start and manage new businesses in the country 

• Drive and run business development activities within individual and within the team to secure new clients in the country and the region 

• Manage, grow and drive to optimize the profitability of the recruitment business units in the country and region under your care/portfolio 

• Generate sales, achieve growth and hit personal sales targets as well as manage team sales target 

• Assist in monitoring and managing the P&L of the team 

• To work together within the management team to foster a good, healthy and positive team's dynamics 

• Monitor and analyze market trends, business opportunities for growth either in an organic or acquisition mode 

• Backup Managing Director / Group CEO as and when needed/assigned to any special/strategic projects as and when required.

Requirements:


• Strong knowledge and experience in the Recruitment industry, either in Temporary/Contract or Executive Search 

• Experience in managing a sales team preferred 

• Good business acumen and an achievement mindset 

• Proven sales record, results/KPI driven 

• Excellent leadership, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills 

• Committed and enthusiastic about coaching and developing a Recruitment sales team to grow the business 

• Dedication and drive to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 

• Desire for self-learning, improvement, and career growth
