The Director of Sales will lead the sales function, driving revenue growth and market expansion. This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and deep industry knowledge to achieve ambitious business objectives.

Responsibility : 

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and grow the business.
  • Identify market trends and refine sales approaches to capture emerging opportunities.
  • Align sales objectives with business goals in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Set performance metrics and ensure continuous development of the sales team.
  • Drive pipeline development by pursuing new business opportunities across industries.
  • Expand into new markets, focusing on untapped customer segments.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and lead contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Present tailored IT solutions to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize sales tools, processes, and systems to enhance team productivity.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications : 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Over 10 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role in the IT industry.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, cloud services, software, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics for pipeline management.
