Job Description

  • Retail Strategy: Develop And Execute A Comprehensive Retail Strategy That Aligns With The Company's Overall Objectives. Identify Growth Opportunities And Market Trends To Stay Ahead Of The Competition.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, Train, And Manage A High-performing Retail Team. Foster A Culture Of Excellence, Accountability, And Customer-centricity Among Staff Members.
  • Store Operations: Ensure The Efficient And Effective Operation Of All Retail Stores, Including Inventory Management, Visual Merchandising, And Sales Performance.
  • Customer Experience: Drive Exceptional Customer Service Standards Across All Retail Outlets. Implement Strategies To Enhance The Overall Shopping Experience, Ensuring Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty.
  • Financial Management: Develop And Manage Budgets, Analyze Financial Data, And Implement Cost-effective Strategies To Maximize Profitability.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Retail Director or in a similar role within the footwear or fashion industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
