About The Job

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for full-time and internship positions. This role also involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and improve hiring efficiency.

What Will You Do

1.End-to-End Recruitment:

  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

2.Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Building a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Monitoring and optimizing job postings to increase applicant engagement.
  • Assisting in employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility.

3.Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:

  • Tracking recruitment metrics and effectiveness of sourcing channels.
  • Preparing reports on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student/fresh graduate in
    Psychology or related fields
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge in
    sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
  • Able to
    develop and execute recruitment strategies
    to target the right candidates efficiently
  • Skilled in
    conducting interviews and assessing candidate suitability
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills to engage with candidates effectively
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office & Google Suites
  • Able to commit for
    6 months (WFO, Jakarta)
