About the Role
KitaHQ is an AI-powered Video Interviewer designed to help companies recruit faster, smarter, and more fairly.
This role is for ambitious individuals who strive to go beyond limits, driven by the passion to connect innovative technology with decision-makers shaping the future of recruitment.
You will be part of the Business Development team, exploring new markets, testing strategies, and driving end-to-end B2B business development, from lead generation to client retention through a consultative and solution-selling approach.
Make KitaHQ the AI Interviewer of choice for HR professionals and business leaders across Indonesia and the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and hunt new prospects within relevant B2B segments.
- Pitch and present products to
C-level executives, HR leaders, and key decision-makers. - Manage
negotiations and deal closing
with a strong revenue-driven mindset.
- Maintain an accurate
sales pipeline in CRM
and produce performance reports.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with
Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams
to ensure smooth implementation of the AI Interviewer solution.
- Analyze sales data and develop
insight-driven strategies.
- Represent the company in
business events, demos, and networking sessions.
- Quickly adapt to evolving products, markets, and SOPs in the tech industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with
1–2 years of experience
in B2B Sales/Business Development (preferably in Technology, SaaS, or AI industries).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
KPI- and results-oriented.
- Experience managing the
full B2B sales cycle:
lead generation → pitching → negotiation → closing → after-sales.
- Proficient in using
CRM tools
for pipeline management and reporting.
- Excellent
business communication skills
in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal & written).
- Capable of creating clear, structured
business proposals and presentations.
- Possesses a
growth mindset
, learns fast, and easily grasps technology-based products.
- Highly
disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently
with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work
onsite in Jakarta
and flexible to meet clients both online and offline.
- Preferred: existing network in
HR Tech, SaaS, or AI industries.
- Tech-savvy
and comfortable using AI tools to boost productivity.
