PT. Naga Film Indonesia is a leading post-production company with studios in Bali and Jakarta. We collaborate with clients like Netflix to produce top-tier content for international and local audiences. Our Bali studio, located in Denpasar close to Sanur beach, is now seeking a Financial Manager to take full ownership of all financial operations. This is a role for someone with an experience in managing company finances, payroll, taxes, and reporting. You will work closely with our operation manager to ensure the company runs with financial clarity and compliance. This role will be located in our Bali office.

Responsibilities:


•⁠
Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning


•⁠ ⁠Manage payroll and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements


•⁠ ⁠Handle petty cash management and weekly disbursements for team needs in Bali and Jakarta


•⁠ ⁠Supervise in-house accounting and tax staff, and manage external bookkeepers if needed


•⁠ ⁠Ensure all client invoices are generated and sent promptly


•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely tax filing, BPJS, and other regulatory submissions


•⁠ ⁠Review financial reports and provide summaries and insights to the operation manager in English


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with vendors, clients, and banks regarding financial matters


•⁠ ⁠Maintain company compliance with all financial and tax regulations in Indonesia


•⁠ ⁠Provide regular written and verbal financial updates to the operation manager in English

Qualifications:


•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a finance manager for a PKP company, or similar role


•⁠ ⁠In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax laws and labor regulations


•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and supervisory skills


•⁠ ⁠Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written


•⁠ ⁠High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion


•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently


•⁠ ⁠Experience in film, media, or creative industries is a plus

This role will be reporting directly to the operation manager in professional English. Compensation will reflect experience and responsibilities.
