FAT Manager

As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Manager to strengthen our backbone of operations and ensure the financial health that supports our creative vision.

Responsibilities :

- Financial Record Keeping – Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- Financial Reporting – Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses to management.

- Budgeting & Forecasting – Develop annual budgets, monitor variances, and recommend strategies for efficiency.

- Cash Flow Management – Oversee company liquidity, cash inflows/outflows, and projections.

- Tax Compliance – Ensure timely tax filings and compliance with all applicable regulations.

- Financial Analysis – Provide insights to support strategic business planning.

- Payroll Management – Supervise payroll accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.

- Financial Systems & Controls – Maintain effective systems and internal controls to protect company assets.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax, with 3 years in a managerial position.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax laws.

- Proficient in ERP systems (Xero).

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.

- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
