Position Summary

As an Accounting Officer, you will be responsible for managing the school's daily financial and accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the administrative and operational teams with financial insights to ensure effective school management.


Main Responsibilities
  • Record and process daily financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and expense reports.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and relevant departments for payment processing.
  • Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters.

Qualifications
  • Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable institution.
  • Fresh graduates with strong accounting skills are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
