Accounting Officer (Entry Level)

About the Role

DISKOVERA is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Accounting Officer
to join our growing travel and experience company. In this role, you'll handle daily financial administration, vendor payments, and income–outcome records while supporting the finance and operations team.

This position is ideal for a
fresh graduate
who wants to build a strong foundation in accounting and administrative processes within a dynamic and creative tourism environment.

Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor all daily financial transactions (income and expenses).
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and simple cash flow statements.
  • Manage vendor payments and ensure timely settlements.
  • Record and follow up on receivables from clients and partners.
  • Maintain organized and accurate accounting documentation.
  • Assist with monthly financial reconciliations and report submissions.
  • Support general administrative and finance-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (experience with accounting software is a plus).
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Integrity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
