  • Maintain filing system to ensure accuracy and accessibility
  • Implementing role-based access controls, ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive documentation
  • Control company, Project and commercial documentation, which includes following and improving document control procedure
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors to manage document submissions and approvals
  • Ensure that all documents meet formal requirements and standards
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of documents and filing systems to maintain accuracy and integrity
  • Help in improving document control procedures to increase efficiency

fication Requirements

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with project planning
  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree with relevant certification
  • Fast learner
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
