This role will particularly support and ensure compliance with DeepOcean's document control and Business Management System procedures.
Who we're looking for?
We're looking for a meticulous and detail oriented Document Controller with requirement:
Indonesian nationality, with proficiency in English (oral and written)
Bachelor Degree in relevant major
Hands-on experience with flowcharts and Microsoft Office software
Knowledge about ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001
Familiar with Audit process and procedures
Preferably have 1-2 years experience as Document Control, from oil and gas related background will be desirable
Good compliance, good quality control, and good in handling confidentiality
What will Document Controller do?
Document Controller play a pivotal role in managing and organizing project and office documents. This position will be responsible for ensuring documents are accurate, current, and securely documented.
