We are looking for a meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Document Controller, ensuring smooth administration and documentation processes for the project. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate project records, supporting communication between internal teams and clients, and contributing to the overall efficiency of project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage, archive, and control all technical and non-technical project documents related to FTTH (including design drawings, site survey reports, ATP/RFS, CWC, material lists, etc.) systematically, both in hardcopy and softcopy formats.
  2. Ensure that all incoming, outgoing, and revised documents comply with standards, are complete, and have accurate version control.
  3. Actively coordinate with site engineers, field teams, and clients in the process of data collection, revision, and document submission.
  4. Input project data into company templates and document management systems (manage the project database).
  5. Prepare and distribute the latest documents to all relevant parties.
  6. Assist in preparing documents required for billing purposes.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Administration, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in telecommunications, network construction, or FTTH/OSP (Outside Plant) projects.
  3. Proficient in using MS Office applications (especially Excel for data management and reporting).
  4. Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  5. Basic understanding of FTTH project documentation is an advantage.
  6. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  7. Strong communication and coordination skills.
