Role Overview

We are seeking 2–3 experienced Senior KOL/KOC Investment Managers to lead influencer partnership strategies and maximize ROI for our robot vacuum product line. This role requires expertise in influencer (KOL/KOC) marketing, strategic investment planning, and strong business acumen to ensure collaborations directly drive brand growth, consumer trust, and sales performance.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute KOL/KOC investment strategies to drive brand awareness, product adoption, and sales for robot vacuum products.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with KOLs/KOCs across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, e-commerce live streaming , etc.).
  • Plan and manage investment budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources with measurable ROI.
  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns: strategy, contract/SOW preparation, briefing, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor campaign results and prepare detailed reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for future optimization.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure influencer content supports conversion goals and retail promotions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with top-tier KOLs/KOCs, agencies, and platforms to secure competitive advantages.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in the home appliance/robot vacuum sector.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to strengthen overall KOL/KOC management capabilities.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in KOL/KOC marketing, influencer investment, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns for consumer electronics, smart home, or lifestyle products is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and budget management skills, with a proven track record of delivering ROI.
  • Wide professional network of KOLs/KOCs and agencies across social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
