Job Responsibility

  • Identifying KOLs: Able to source and categorize influential individuals in various industries or communities.
  • Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster connections, and negotiate partnership agreements, compensation terms, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs to create content and campaigns that align with our brand to boost overall impression
  • Tracking Performance: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results (IMP、CPM,.etc)

Qualifications

Education Background:
Bachelor's degree or above; able to use English as a working language.

Experience & Resources:

❏
Small KOL BD:
Requires fast execution, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to close the loop independently. No strict requirements for existing KOL resources.

❏
Big KOL BD:
Must be presentable (some difficult cases require face-to-face price negotiations), skilled in negotiation, and preferably comes with existing big KOL resources. Therefore, big KOL BD candidates should be relatively senior.
