Senior KOL Strategist
to complete our fun team with following details

Job Descriptions:

  1. Developing and optimizing KOL strategies to align with brand objectives, audience culture, and market trends

  2. Continuously monitor digital, social, and cultural trends to inspire fresh campaign angles and KOL storytelling directions.

  3. Conduct resourceful and relevant research on audience insights, market trends, and competitor strategies for KOL marketing

  4. Build strategic frameworks for KOL campaign - from insight, tiering, selection, to performance analysis — ensuring creative and business impact.

  5. Create holistic concept for campaign proposal (both KOL part & creative thinking)

  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams (Media Planner, Strategic Team, Creative, Finance, etc) to co-create and ensure seamless strategy execution and smooth operations

  7. Work with internal KOL specialists on influencer mapping, content benchmarking, and storytelling ideation aligned with the overall KOL strategy.

  8. Work closely with other division, mainly Creative Team & Media Planner

9.Present KOL strategies and creative ideas to both internal teams and clients with data-driven reasoning and cultural relevance.

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in strategic planning especially KOL strategy or related position

  2. Bachelor's degree in related major

  3. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  4. Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides and presentation design; confident in pitching ideas and developing brand-led concepts.

  5. Excellent strategic thinking combined with storytelling sense; able to translate insights into impactful KOL ideas.

  6. Strong understanding of the influencer landscape across social media platforms, data metrics (ER, CPV, SOV), and performance measurement tools.

  7. Strong organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.

  8. Good creative sense and basic knowledge of KOL and digital marketing.

  9. Growth minded: adaptive, curious, and collaborative in a fast paced environment.
