We are looking for a
KOL & Affiliate Specialist for the Mooimom brand
to develop, manage, and execute influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives that align with our brand goals. This role involves engaging the right Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), building strong relationships, recruiting and supporting affiliate partners, and ensuring effective campaign execution to drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and propose collaboration opportunities to KOLs, including recommending suitable profiles for management approval.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and budgets with KOLs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs by being responsive to their needs and supporting them during store visits, expos, or brand activations.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and review KOL marketing campaigns across platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand briefs, timelines, and guidelines.
  • Monitor KOL posts (timeliness, accuracy of tags/mentions, message alignment)
  • Identify and recruit potential affiliate partners, and provide them with ongoing support and guidance.
  • Set up and manage affiliate commission structures and promotional materials in collaboration with the Online Sales team.
  • Design and implement affiliate programs and campaigns (including social media initiatives with the Social Media team) to increase partner engagement and drive sales.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, providing insights on their contribution to sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, PR, brand, or community-related role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Passionate about influencer marketing, digital trends, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with creativity and sensitivity to track campaign performance and adapt to customer trends.
  • Excellent communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with design tools (minimum Canva or Capcut for simple editing).
