Job Deskripsi

Mencari, menghubungi, dan merekrut affiliator serta KOL/influencer yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan brand.

Affiliator End-to-End Management

Menjalin hubungan baik dengan affiliator/KOL dan menjadi penghubung antara perusahaan dan talent.

Mengatur kerja sama promosi: briefing konten, negosiasi fee/komisi, kontrak, dan timeline posting.

Memantau performa kampanye affiliator/KOL secara rutin baik itu jumlah order, conversions, ROi dan maintenance.

Mengelola database affiliator dan KOL secara terstruktur.

Membuat strategi untuk meningkatkan jumlah afiliator aktif dan performa kampanye. Memberikan proram loyalitas, promo dan reward bagi yang aktif.

Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing untuk menyusun konsep campaign dan kebutuhan konten.

Membuat laporan mengenai hasil kerja sama affiliator/KOL. Melakukan Evaluasi terhadap pencapaian affiliator.

Mengoptimalkan kolaborasi untuk meningkatkan funnel penjualan.

Menangani komunikasi, komplain, dan kendala dari affiliator dengan cepat dan profesional.

Administrasi Bisnis (Manajemen), Manajemen Bisnis, Manajemen Komunikasi, Pemasaran digital

Minimal Pengalaman

1 tahun

Deskripsi Persyaratan

Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK atau setara (D3/S1 lebih disukai).

Memiliki pengalaman di bidang influencer management, affiliate marketing, atau digital marketing menjadi nilai tambah.

Memahami tren media sosial (TikTok dan Instagram)

Komunikatif, proaktif, dan mampu melakukan negosiasi dengan baik.

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan deadline.

Teliti, rapi dalam administrasi, dan mampu mengelola banyak talent sekaligus.

Memiliki networking yang luas di kalangan content creator/KOL menjadi keuntungan.

Familiar dengan platform e-commerce sdan dashboard Affiliate eperti Shopee, TIk Tok dan Tokopedia.
