We are looking for a reliable, professional, and well-organized Personal Assistant to the Owner to provide comprehensive support in managing both business and personal matters.

This role requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure all aspects of the Owner's daily activities and priorities are efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Owner's schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups on behalf of the Owner
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and meeting notes
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and household staff
  • Organize personal errands, purchases, and events when required
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Discreet, reliable, and flexible with working hours
