PERSONAL ASSISTANT (HIGH-AUTONOMY, FOUNDER SUPPORT)
This is not a typical PA or admin role.
If you need clear instructions, detailed SOPs, or constant direction, do not apply.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be supporting a founder who:
• Is often offline during the day
• Operates with incomplete systems
• Thinks fast and communicates in fragments
• Expects you to finish unfinished instructions
Your job is to:
• anticipate
• contain problems
• reduce noise
• close loops without waiting
This role is about thinking and judgment, not just task execution.
WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
This role is for someone who:
• Proactive
• Notices problems before they are pointed out
• Is comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
• Treats silence as normal, not a blocker
• Thinks in risks and consequences, not just tasks
WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY (IMPORTANT)

• Prefer clear SOPs before starting
• Are uncomfortable making judgment calls
• Wait for confirmation to proceed

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO
• Identify and triage urgent vs non-urgent issues across the organization
• Capture the Founder's to-do items across departments from fragmented inputs
• Convert those inputs into a clear, prioritized task list with ownership and deadlines
• Track progress and actively push follow-ups until items are closed
• Handle routine operational matters independently, without waiting for approval
• Contain issues and prevent escalation while the founder is offline
• Consolidate inputs and reports from all departments and surface only what requires immediate action
• Draft responses, decisions, and follow-ups for execution or review
• Extract and document implicit SOPs from real situations (rules that currently live in the founder's head)
WORKING CONDITIONS (READ CAREFULLY)
• This is a startup environment, not a corporate setting
• SOPs are incomplete and will be built gradually through real situations
• You are expected to propose operational and administrative solutions
(not business strategy, restructuring ideas, or high-level vision work)
You will be evaluated primarily on your ability to:
• Anticipate issues before they escalate
• Exercise sound judgment under ambiguity
• Reduce the founder's mental load, not add to it
WORKING HOURS
• Monday–Friday: 11.00–19.00 WITA
• Saturday: 09.00–17.00 WITA
• Founder review window: mostly night time/when PA come to office (minimum once a week, Founder will Decide)

TRIAL PROCESS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Before any long-term commitment, there will be:
A paid observation trial
A 1-week shadow execution trial
This is to assess if PA reduces the founder's mental load, not add to it

FINAL NOTE
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE
This is a high-tempo role in a Singapore-based company.
The working pace, expectations, and decision speed are not corporate and not slow-moving.
This role is designed for someone who:
• Thinks ahead instead of waiting for instructions
• Acts responsibly under ambiguity
• Does not require hand-holding or constant direction
If you are comfortable making judgment calls and operating independently, this role will suit you well.
If you prefer:
• detailed instructions
• complete SOPs before acting
• frequent check-ins or reassurance
then this role is not a fit.
COMPENSATION
• Base salary: SGD 680 / month
• Performance-based bonus: up to SGD 320 / month
• Total potential compensation: up to SGD 1,000 / month
Bonus is tied to:
• Ability to operate independently without constant direction
• Consistency and stability in work quality throughout the month
• Measurable reduction of the founder's mental load
This role includes a paid trial phase.
Base salary applies only after successful completion of the trial.
