We are looking for Sales Manager for Jakarta Sales Office (JSO)

As a Sales Manager (JSO), we rely on you to:

Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team membersLeading Jakarta Sales Office to thrive and excell in the revenue target given by the CompanyDeliver revenue result in high rate/pricing qualityBuilding new business relationship and maintaining good relationship with the existing Partners, Clients and GuestHandle sales activities with local and international partnersGenerate new business opportunities through various channelsImplement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel Maintain sales and service standards of the Hotel

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for Sales and Marketing and enjoys interacting with peopleHas experience minimum 2 year in similar role at International Chain HotelEnjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customersFluent in English and Bahasa both in written and spokenHas strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsIs self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to challenge the status quoNurture team to deliver results
