Hiring: Senior Associate to Director – Business Recovery Services (Deals Division)

We are working with a leading global professional services firm that is currently hiring a Senior Manager to Director for their Deals – Business Recovery Services (BRS) division. 

About the Role

As a Senior Associate - Director in the Business Recovery Services team, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate business challenges—from managing crisis situations and reducing financial stress to executing mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring strategies. You will collaborate with State-Owned Enterprises, multinational companies, and local corporations on a wide range of complex projects aimed at helping them realign, recover, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage engagements in restructuring, fundraising, M&A, and project feasibility.

  • Oversee and execute challenging assignments in line with the firm's standards.

  • Drive large-scale projects, including strategy development, risk assessment, and review of deliverables.

  • Support business development initiatives and actively contribute to expanding the firm's client base.

  • Mentor, coach, and supervise junior team members.

  • Build strong internal and external relationships to enhance the firm's brand presence.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Proven track record in project management, financial advisory, or corporate transactions.

  • Deep knowledge of finance, accounting, and business valuation methodologies.

  • Strong financial modeling capabilities.

  • Excellent communication in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA from a reputable university (min. GPA 3.00/4.00).

  • CFA, CPA, or equivalent certifications are a strong advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience (Sr. Manager) and 10+ Years for Director for a financial advisory firm, investment/corporate bank, private equity, or within corporate finance, strategy, or business development in a large organization.
