PT Kredit Biro Indonesia Jaya (Credit Bureau Indonesia, "CBI") as one of the private credit bureaus in Indonesia has been established since 2014 and obtained an operational license from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) as
Lembaga Pengelola Informasi Perkreditan
(LPIP) in 2015.
In November 2021, after obtaining approval from OJK, CBI received additional capital from shareholders and appointed a new management team, which aims to provide new and leading-edge services and products. This new identity will also strengthen CBI's position as the "best-in-class, modern and innovative" credit bureau in Indonesia.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management for our SME Biz Manager product. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, closing deals, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, particularly in SaaS, financial services, or credit management products, with a focus on growing business opportunities and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Client Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of the SME Biz Manager to address specific client needs.
- Sales Conversion: Successfully close deals by effectively communicating the product's value proposition, handling objections, and negotiating terms with clients.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Market Feedback: Collect insights from clients to share with the product and marketing teams, contributing to sales strategy refinement and product improvements.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales activities, including tracking prospect statuses, managing the sales pipeline, and ensuring target achievements.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within SaaS, financial services, or credit management industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and effectively convey complex credit management and financial service concepts.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed targets.
- Fluent in English with the ability to work in a professional setting.
- Willingness to accept a commission-based bonus scheme.
