  • Strategi & Positioning Brand

  • Merumuskan dan mengeksekusi visi brand agar relevan dengan Gen Z dan anak muda.

  • Memimpin repositioning menjadi brand lifestyle yang trendy.

  • Kolaborasi Produk & Kreatif

  • Bekerja sama dengan tim desain untuk meluncurkan koleksi trend-led, kolaborasi, dan edisi terbatas.

  • Memastikan inovasi produk sesuai dengan budaya anak muda dan tren fashion.

  • Marketing & Engagement

  • Memimpin digital campaign, social media, dan experiential marketing.

  • Membangun kemitraan dengan influencer, kreator, dan komunitas-komunitas relevan.

  • Mengembangkan storytelling yang resonate dengan audience muda.

  • Kepemimpinan Lintas Tim

  • Menyatukan tim marketing, desain, dan e-commerce dalam satu visi brand.

  • Memantau KPI seperti brand awareness, engagement, dan pangsa pasar segmen muda.
Kualifikasi
  • Pengalaman minimal 7 tahun di brand management, fashion, lifestyle, atau consumer goods.
  • Rekam jejak membangun brand yang fokus pada segmen anak muda (Gen Z/under-25).
  • Pemahaman mendalam tentang budaya digital, media sosial, dan ekosistem influencer.
  • Kreatif, visioner, dan mampu menerjemahkan tren menjadi strategi brand & produk.
  • Kepemimpinan yang kuat, komunikatif, dan mampu menginspirasi tim lintas fungsi.
  • Passion terhadap fashion, budaya, dan inovasi.
  • Mau belajar dan selalu belajar.
  • Bisa bekerjasama dengan baik dengan tim / orang lain.
  • Lokasi kerja di Surabaya. Dalam seminggu minimal 1 kali ke pabrik di Pasuruan (1 jam dari Surabaya) untuk diskusi new product development.
