We're hiring a Head of Operations to build the blueprint for our next phase of growth

About the Role:

Are you a process-driven leader who loves turning operational chaos into streamlined systems? We are looking for a
Head of Operations
to oversee our branch network, design scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and lead the implementation of these standards across all locations.

In this role, you won't just be managing a gym; you will be the
architect of our operational excellence
. You will work directly with our Senior HR Expert to ensure our workflows are effective, easy for staff to follow, and consistently delivered to our members.

What You'll Do:

  • SOP Development:
    Build, document, and constantly refine our operational "Playbook" (SOPs) for all branches.
  • Multi-Site Oversight:
    Visit branches regularly to ensure SOPs are being executed and to identify "friction points" for staff.
  • User-Centric Design:
    Interact with branch teams to co-create workflows that actually work on the floor, not just on paper.
  • Implementation & Change Management:
    Lead the rollout of new procedures, ensuring staff are trained, motivated, and supported.
  • Performance Auditing:
    Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational consistency and branch profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    7+ years in Operations Management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or multi-unit role (Fitness, Hospitality, or Retail preferred).
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Process Mastery:
    Proven track record of building and implementing SOPs from scratch across multiple locations.
  • Systems Thinking:
    Deep understanding of how operations, HR, and member experience intersect.
  • Soft Skills:
    Exceptional communication and the ability to influence staff at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Proficiency in gym management software (CRM), project management tools (Asana/Monday), and data analytics.
  • Certifications:
    Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar operational excellence certifications are highly desirable.
