We are an international product team working on a digital product. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist
fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
At the initial stage, the role is remote-based, with a planned transition to office work at one of our regional hubs in Southeast Asia. The company provides relocation support.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other digital communication channels
- Assist users with product-related questions and issue resolution
- Accurately document requests and follow customer support standards
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to resolve customer cases effectively
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product and internal processes
Requirements
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Previous experience in customer support or related roles is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
