We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Customer Specialist to join our growing team. This role blends sales activities (inbound & outbound) with customer support and relationship management, ensuring every client not only closes successfully but also receives a smooth experience afterward.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and research potential B2C clients (low to medium level) via online platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Google) and direct field visits. (B2B experience is a plus)
  2. Follow up on inbound leads from the app's database (small to medium ticket size).
  3. Conduct persuasive product/service presentations and clearly communicate value propositions.
  4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet/exceed targets.
  5. Maintain regular contact with clients, answering inquiries and providing basic support as their first point of contact.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover after deals are closed.
  7. Track and gather client feedback to help improve product and service quality.
  8. Support offline marketing operations: supervising freelancers for brochure distribution, booth activations, and local events.
  9. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences.

Requirements

  1. Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced/startup environment.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  4. Experience with both digital sales outreach and field-based approaches.
  5. Familiarity with basic operational marketing activities.
  6. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Willing to work on-site at Tanjung Duren, West Jakarta.
