Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our dynamic team. As the Head Chef on board, you will craft exquisite dishes that enhance our guests' luxurious sailing experience, showcasing world flavors with impeccable presentation. Your culinary expertise will be central to creating unforgettable moments as guests explore the breathtaking waters of Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve top-quality, international cuisine with attention to detail and creativity.

• Design menus that cater to a wide range of tastes and dietary requirements.

• Ensure flawless presentation and plating of all dishes.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.

• Oversee stock management, food storage, and procurement in coordination with the operations team.

• Work collaboratively with the crew to deliver seamless dining experiences.

• Adapt to guest preferences and tailor menus as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef on a luxury Phinisi or Yacht
(MANDATORY)

• Expertise in cuisine du monde (global cuisine) and modern presentation techniques.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a kitchen efficiently.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Culinary certifications or relevant training are preferred.

• Passion for providing an exceptional dining experience.
