PT Snf Polymers Indonesia, perusahaan di industri minyak dan gas, sedang mencari seorang Field Operator Oil & Gas yang berpengalaman untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di Tangerang, Banten. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memainkan peran penting dalam memastikan operasi lapangan yang efisien dan aman guna mendukung bisnis inti perusahaan kami.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Melakukan pengecekan / inspeksi rutin peralatan pompa dan elektrik di lapangan.
  • Melakukan refill chemical ke dalam peralatan yang telah disediakan.
  • Mengambil sample chemical dan melakukan pengujian laboratorium.
  • Melakukan pemantauan, pengoperasian, dan pemeliharaan peralatan operasi minyak dan gas di lapangan
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan dan lingkungan yang ditetapkan
  • Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan masalah atau potensi masalah terkait peralatan atau proses operasi
  • Melakukan perbaikan dan pemeliharaan rutin peralatan operasi
  • Berpartisipasi dalam program peningkatan berkelanjutan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas
  • Membantu dalam pengumpulan dan pencatatan data operasi

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal memiliki pendidikan SMA/ SMK dengan (jurusan mesin / elektrikal diutamakan)
  • Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun dibidang teknik minyak dan gas atau bidang terkait lebih diutamakan
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang prosedur operasi standar dan praktik terbaik di industri
  • Terampil dalam penggunaan peralatan dan instrumen operasi lapangan
  • Memiliki pemikiran kritis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan orientasi pada keselamatan
  • Bersedia bekerja dalam shift dan kondisi lapangan yang menantang

  • Project based selama 1 tahun.

  • Domisili calon karyawan di Tangerang / Jakarta Area / Kab. Serang (Penempatan di Papua Barat dengan skema Roster-based shift).
