Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Operations and Sales Coordinator
to join our team in
Tangerang
.

In this full-time, on-site role, you will support both operational and sales functions — ensuring seamless coordination between departments, managing customer relationships, and contributing to business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely task execution.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
  • Assist in planning and organizing training sessions, workshops, and client programs.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for operational needs.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for client activities and internal performance evaluations.
  • Travel to project or client sites as required to coordinate company activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
