Role Description

We are looking for a
Sales Coordinator
to join our growing commercial team. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process — coordinating between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Communicate with clients to follow up on orders, documents, and after-sales needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and reports.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels related to sales orders.
  • Provide administrative support and help ensure all sales operations run efficiently.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Employment Terms

  • Status
    : Contracted & Full-time after 1 year
  • Working Days
    : Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
