Role Overview

We are looking for a
Head of Sales Strategy & Commercial Development
to lead the commercial performance of high-end real estate projects.

This senior role is responsible for turning development concepts into profitable market offerings — defining pricing, packaging, and sales strategies, while empowering the sales team to perform at their best. It's a hands-on, strategic position ideal for someone who understands both numbers and narrative — how to connect financial logic with strong storytelling and market insight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement go-to-market and pricing strategies for new property launches.
  • Build and update
    financial models
    that illustrate ROI, yield, and buyer payment scenarios.
  • Design
    commercial structures and promotional frameworks
    across sales phases.
  • Support the sales team with
    training, pitch materials, and negotiation guidance
    .
  • Participate in
    high-value deal structuring and closing
    .
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, finance, and executive teams to ensure alignment.
  • Track market trends, buyer behaviour, and competitor activity to refine strategy continuously.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
    in commercial management, sales strategy, or investment-focused real estate.
  • Strong financial modeling and pricing strategy skills
    .
  • Proven track record in supporting sales teams and closing deals.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and training skills.
  • Experience in high-end residential or investment property markets is a strong advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent English (mandatory); Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
  • Proactive, analytical, and business-driven mindset.
